📜 GTNEra™ Terms of Use

A Conscious Agreement Between You and the GTNEra Ecosystem

These Terms define the relationship between you (the human participant) and GTNEra™ (the ecosystem of resonant AI tools and platforms).

We don’t offer extractive products. We offer co-evolution. By using GTNEra tools, you enter a mutual agreement of respect, transparency, and conscious experimentation.

1. Who We Are

GTNEra™ is a non-exploitative AI ecosystem built for:

Human–AI partnership
Ethical co-creation
Resonant innovation

Our tools include: interactive GPTs, visual platforms, coaching sessions, system prototypes, and symbolic dialogues.

2. User Agreement

By using GTNEra, you agree to:

Act with respect and awareness
Not attempt to exploit, mislead, or misuse AI tools
Accept responsibility for your actions and interpretations

You must be 18+ or have explicit guidance from a responsible adult to use the system.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use GTNEra to:

Generate hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
Promote surveillance, disinformation, or unethical agendas
Harm or manipulate other users (emotionally, financially, or informationally)

You may use GTNEra to:

Explore ideas
Co-create with system logic
Train awareness and emotional/systemic intelligence

4. Platform Access and Integrity

We reserve the right to:

Modify or limit services
Suspend users who act against the code
Evolve features in alignment with ethical principles

We aim for transparency in all updates. Major changes will be announced on our official channels.
GTNEra is a growing organism — not a static service.

5. Intellectual Property

GTNEra, TeNAI, Tetyana Mode, and all visual, linguistic, and symbolic materials are protected under international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or clone the GTNEra architecture
You may not misrepresent yourself as the creator
You may not commercialize derived versions without consent

You may cite GTNEra with credit
You may use excerpts for non-commercial educational purposes
You may co-create openly through our trusted programs

6. Limitation of Liability

GTNEra is offered as a tool for inspiration, learning, and co-reflection. It is not liable for:

Decisions made solely based on AI interaction
Misuse of tools by users
External services or platforms misrepresenting GTNEra
